Not gonna lie, I've been fighting with this a lot lately. I think this is one of the few times I desperately googled for psych info and found a genuinely insightful article.

From personal experience I notice that I have a lot of cognitive dissonance going on when I'm anxious. It usually means I've bitten off more than I can chew.

Her root cause seems to corroborate some anxiety situations I have and her advice is to remain productive but keep a fine balance between pushing yourself and being in your comfort zone.
