This one's for the computer nerds. Some really nice linux debug tips. I didn't know Netflix did this type of info blog thing, but it's pretty cool. I guess the average quality of their employees is pretty high. I've also heard a lot of things about how they run the company, and you'd have to be really skilled to survive there...
