Slacker Zen

Session ?

Damn, I haven't been doing these lately. I flew to Boston this past week and went to a job interview. It was pretty stressful.

But that's not why I'm making this entry. I just happened to go get some water with a work friend and we sat down outside in the cafeteria court. We were joined by another guy we barely knew but the conversation was interesting. I was sitting down in my cubicle afterwards wondering why I felt pretty good right then and there. I don't know, we were sitting out in the sun, with the light streaming down through the leaves. I could feel the warm rays hitting my skin. And I was listening to this new guy's situation (he's an intern).

I think it was just nice to be outside and talking about something more lighthearted for once. It was peaceful.

This Thought is part of Slacker Zen

A meditation journal. To save myself before I get sucked into an endless pit of despair.
