I tried to concentrate on not concentrating but my mind would wander. I think meditating must be like holding your breath, but right now I can't even stop wandering for more than 3 seconds.
I have a song stuck in my head. That's ok.
Keep replaying a conversation from online over and over again. Not ok.
Caught myself three times wandering off. Kept thinking about what to eat for dinner.
Still distracted. Gave up after a couple minutes.
